Six important points in installation and maintenance：

1.Choosing Accessories:choose the part with automatic positioning.It can effectively prevent some lateral force (such as  deformation caused by the thermal expansion reaction of sensor of oppression, lateral forces caused by wind) effect on the loadcell.It affect the precision of weighing result.

2.The loadcell signal output circuit cannot be put in the same position with the device that produce a strong interference.If it cannot avoid, you should set the partition between them to cut off part of the interference signal. Providing with a power supply transformer solely for measuring the circuit of output signal.

3.You can use the equivalent height object with loadcell instead in the process of installing.Replace the object when finished at last in order to avoid to damage sensor caused by overload of the installation process of a single force.

4.Adjust the scale level:ensure the level of bottom and each loadcell before installing for pit foundation.You can use the leveling instrument to test.It is to ensure the consistency of each loading sensor for preventing weighing error. The convenient way to check the balance of the scales is to transfer the steel ball by hand. If the ball can rotate, it means the bottom is not stressed and put plates to.the cushion. If the ball can not rotate, it means it has been solid

5.Fully equipped with lightning and anti-shock protection. Using twisted copper wire next to the sensor to form an electrical bypass,.It can effectively protect the sensor caused by damage of welding current and lightning strike.

6.Control of strong power cord and thermal radiation. The sensor signal cable and high voltage power supply or control line cannot be put in parallel emissions.It should be staggered to effectively prevent because of the the effects of high voltage power supply and thermal radiation of sensor signal.It is to keep the stability and weighing accuracy.
